I began a project in 2019 to explore life and community in my Grandad’s home in rural Scotland through the means of documentary filmmaking. The first exploration of this was with a local Blacksmith working in the oldest operational smithy in Scotland.

Originally planning to continue in the summer of 2020, this was put on hold due to the ongoing COVID-19 outbreak. But there are plans to include this in an upcoming craft-focused documentary project in 2024.
